Please read these terms and conditions carefully before engaging with Never Bee Cleaner for any cleaning services. By availing our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1.  Services Provided: Never Bee Cleaner will provide professional cleaning services as agreed upon in the service contract or work order. The scope of the services, including the specific areas to be cleaned and the frequency of cleaning, will be detailed in the contract.

2.  Access to Premises: Clients must ensure that our cleaning personnel have safe and unimpeded access to the premises at the scheduled cleaning time. In case of any access restrictions or changes, clients must notify us in advance.

3.  Client's Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for securing and safeguarding their personal belongings, valuables, and sensitive information during the cleaning process. Never Bee Cleaner will not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of such items.

4.  Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of cleaning appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

5.  Payment Terms: Payment for services rendered by Never Bee Cleaner must be made promptly in accordance with the terms outlined in the service contract. Payments must be made via bank transfer. Failure to make timely payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services.

6.  Liability and Insurance: Never Bee Cleaner maintains liability insurance to cover any damages or accidents caused by our cleaning personnel while on the client's premises. Clients must report any damages within 48 hours of the cleaning service. We will not be held responsible for damages reported after this period.

7.  Safety Precautions: Clients must inform Never Bee Cleaner of any hazardous materials or potentially dangerous conditions on their premises prior to cleaning. Our cleaning personnel have the right to refuse to work in hazardous conditions. Our cleaning personnel will not use any chemicals which Never Bee Cleaner deems to be hazardous to either our personnel or the environment.

8.  Termination of Services: Both the client and Never Bee Cleaner reserve the right to terminate cleaning services at any time with prior notice. Outstanding payments must be settled before termination.

9.  Confidentiality: Never Bee Cleaner and its employees will maintain strict confidentiality regarding any client-related information obtained during the cleaning process.

10. Service Guarantee: We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If a client is dissatisfied with any aspect of the cleaning service, they must notify us within 48 hours of the service. We will make reasonable efforts to address and rectify the issue promptly.

11. Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Never Bee Cleaner, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from the use of our cleaning services.

12. Force Majeure: Never Bee Cleaner will not be held liable for any delay or failure to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, illness, extreme weather etc.).

13. Amendments to Terms and Conditions: Never Bee Cleaner reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
